Mission: Our mission is to empower organizations with the knowledge and skills needed to foster ethical leadership, procedural fairness, and organizational citizenship behavior.
We are a husband and wife team at Irby Ethical Strategies, dedicated to transforming complex ethical theories and procedural fairness models into practical frameworks that support sustainable organizational success. By exploring the relationships between policies, culture, and human dynamics, we provide leaders with the tools to build trust, improve decision-making, and promote transparency throughout their organizations. Our expertise spans refining corporate governance, enhancing leadership integrity, and crafting ethical branding strategies, ensuring that fairness is not merely an idea but a tangible, measurable impact embedded in the core of every organization we work with.
Irby Ethical Strategies offers an interdisciplinary approach to integrating research, theory, and practice to enhance organizational ethics and organizational behavior. Our method combines academic rigor, philosophical ethics, and practical consulting to create tailored frameworks that drive measurable ethical outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Interdisciplinary integration for impact: The approach blends academic research, ethical theory, and hands-on consulting to develop governance models and decision-making tools that align purpose with organizational mission and produce measurable results.
Ethical theories serve as a guiding framework: the social cognitive theory, the theory of planned behavior, and ethical leadership theories, including virtue ethics, deontology, consequentialism, and teleology, are employed to cultivate moral clarity and integrity in leadership decisions.
